We founded Bikanics USA with one goal in mind: providing our customers with the best possible service and experience. We conduct business according to this principle, knowing that better service equals loyal customers.

Our store policies are outlined below. Please contact us if you have any questions. By placing an order or using or accessing any Bikanics USA service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service Agreement.

Our Services

  • Our minimum service charge is $100.00. This is not a surcharge; any services exceeding that amount will be billed at the actual price.
  • We service most of the extended Houston area. For any location outside a 35-mile radius from our headquarters in Sugar Land, a mileage charge of $0.65 per mile will apply.
  • We can only service reasonably clean bicycles. Due to the mobile nature of our operation, we are unable to work on bicycles with excessive mud or other debris.
  • We typically arrive within the scheduled time window at booking; however, please allow for a ±30-minute variance due to circumstances beyond our control.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees if you contact us before we have departed to the client’s location.
  • A $ 100.00 rescheduling fee will apply if our mobile shop has already been dispatched.

Warranty

At Bikanics USA, we strive for excellence and are committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. However, we do not offer warranties on services or repairs, except those provided by the manufacturers of products, parts, or accessories we sell.

Please note:

  • Our services or repairs may not be covered by manufacturer warranties and may void existing manufacturer warranties on your bicycle.
  • Bikanics USA is responsible for claims arising from our services or repairs only up to the amount paid for those services or repairs.
  • Bikanics USA does not cover labor costs associated with the disassembly, assembly, uninstallation, installation, packaging, and shipping of a product submitted for warranty. Labor and shipping costs will only be covered if the manufacturer includes them under their warranty.

Custom Build Warranty

Warranties for Bikanics custom-built bikes and wheels follow the warranty policies of each individual component manufacturer. Refunds are not offered on custom builds.

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Improper installation
  • Crash, impact, or misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Crash replacement discounts are available on certain products for original owners. Contact us for pricing and eligibility.

Return Policy

Given our business model, we do not stock products. Most items are special ordered for our clients. Therefore, all sales are final.

Exceptions:

  • If we assist with a supplier or manufacturer claim, it will be subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Most suppliers require that returns be made in original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • If you purchased a product that we had in stock, it may be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Labor costs for assembly or installation are non-refundable.

Release and Waiver

By placing an order, you certify that:

  • You are the legal owner of the bicycle being serviced or repaired by Bikanics USA.

You also acknowledge and accept:

  • The risks associated with cycling and accept full personal liability for any injuries incurred.
  • In the event of damage, loss, accident, or personal injury (including death), you and your representatives waive all legal claims against Bikanics USA, its owners, and employees, except as limited by law.
  • If services were provided through your employer or another third party, you waive any claims against them as well.

Website and Media Use

Using our services does not grant you ownership of any:

  • Trademarks, service names, logos, designs, or slogans on our website or in our materials.

All such content is protected and may not be used without permission.

  • The Bikanics USA name and logo are trademarks of Bikanics USA or its affiliates.
  • Other marks belong to their respective owners.
  • You may not download or use content from our site for commercial purposes without authorization.

The information on our website is for general information only. We make no guarantees about its accuracy or completeness. Some content may be provided by third parties, who are solely responsible for it.

Privacy Policy

To deliver our services, we may collect:

  • Name, address, phone number, email, company name/title (for corporate clients), bicycle information, account login details, and other data provided during booking.
  • Device/browser data, operating system, IP address, and activity on our website.
  • We may use cookies to support website functionality. Blocking cookies may affect performance.

We use this information to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Develop promotions, rewards, and loyalty programs
  • Prevent fraud or illegal activity

We may share information:

  • As part of a business transaction (sale, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, etc.)
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • For anonymous marketing purposes

You may receive service-related communications (e.g., updates or administrative messages), which you may opt out of unless necessary for the delivery of contracted services.

By providing your phone number to Bikanics USA, you consent to receiving text messages for service-related purposes.

Mobile Privacy Policy

We do not share mobile information (including opt-in or consent data) with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional use.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • All legal claims, suits, or proceedings arising from this agreement shall be handled in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
  • Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

This agreement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or operations.
